Contest Drawing Rules:

One (1) prize will be awarded to each winner. Winners will be chosen each week from our facebook fans who have liked one (1) or more of our three (3) store Facebook brand pages (Babeland, Babeland NYC, Babeland Seattle). Each month four (4) prizes in total will be awarded.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident to enter this drawing. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Drawing Rules.  The contest begins on May 1, 2011.  Entries must be received by 12:00am PST on December 31, 2011. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Winners will be chosen at random and notified by email. If winners have not claimed their prize within one week of the date of notification, they forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn.

The odds of winning the drawing will be determined by the number of entries. By liking Babeland on Facebook, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contest. The rules of the contest are established in the sole discretion of Babeland.  Employees of Babeland their relatives or persons residing in their respective households are not eligible for entry. Babeland reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this contest, and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Babeland.

By participating, entrants and winner releases Babeland, its respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees, from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the contest and/or use of any prize. Winner further agrees to the use of his/her name (or pseudonym), and city and state of residence for purposes of providing a list of winners to the public on request and for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner agrees that the information submitted in the contest can be used by Babeland at its discretion. Winner will be responsible for all income taxes on prize.

With respect to computer entries, Babeland is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Babeland reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.
