A lot of interesting sexuality news has happened this week, which I'm excited to share with the Babeland Blog readers:
- A
sex toy store in Alabama called
Pleasures is now offering three drive-thru windows, where customers can purchase such items as sex toys, lube and condoms in the comfort of their own car. Now that's customer service the American way!
- British researchers are in the process of creating a confidential
self-diagnosis device for STIs on your cell phone; the user would use either their urine or saliva placed on a chip to assess their potential exposure. While it could be an amazing boon for sexual health methods, I still wish someone could stop me from dropping my own phone in the toilet.
- Popular TV show
Glee tackles issues of gay bashing and teen bullying in this week's episode, entitled
"Never Been Kissed." Read Anne's response to the episode and more in her
Moms in Babeland article
"I Beg of Thee: Watch Glee."- Coming up this weekend:
Urban Girl Squad is hosting a SOLD OUT
Moregasm workshop with Babeland in NYC! Follow them on
Twitter to find out about more events this women's networking group is having in the NYC area.
- And now, something cute to warm your heart for the chilly weekend: a compilation of vintage
photos of gay couples!
